Enjoy two FREE festive evenings of Christmas markets, movies and fireworks by the beach in Surfers Paradise.

From 4pm discover the Surfers Paradise Christmas Twilight Markets brimming with handmade gifts, festive eats and local treasures.

Bring your picnic blanket, settle on the sand and enjoy a free cinematic experience under the stars from 7pm.

Fun fact: At the age of 15 I had never cooked anything for myself, even making a sandwich was a task, by the time I was 18 I was a Qualified Chef

Fave cuisine: Anything really that has a bit of spice, but I love a traditional English Roast Lunch on a Sunday afternoon

Fave pastime/hobby: Golf and relaxing with a cold drink in my pool and listening to music

Job role & how Paul can help you: I am a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Trainer/ Certificate IV in Kitchen Management Trainer, (Theory and Practical). I understand the needs of the industry, I try to train with this in mind, through my knowledge and experience you can be better prepared for the challenges ahead.
